Biometric enrolment and possible extra charges
Passport issuance involves attending in person to provide fingerprints and other biometric data. Your chosen location may affect travel, administration and service costs.
Attend in Vanuatu
Enrolment can take place at an authorised location in Vanuatu. If included in the agreed service package, no separate overseas-enrolment service fee normally applies. Confirm travel and excluded items.
Attend an overseas location
Ask whether appointments are currently available through published Hong Kong or Dubai channels. Overseas biometrics and associated administration may attract extra per-applicant fees, subject to a written quote.
Special-location requests
A visit by an authorised officer elsewhere, if available, requires separate confirmation and a quote for travel, equipment and service costs. Such visits are not guaranteed.
Important: additional charges may fall outside the programme reference prices shown here. Confirm the written quotation, currency, per-person costs and exact service scope before payment.
What goes into your budget?
These are Cosmo's indicative client package prices, not a government fee schedule. Your signed quotation controls the final amount, included services, third-party costs and refund conditions.
DSP programme package
Pricing depends on family composition. When screening succeeds, the initial US$6,400 is credited to the agreed total.
Due diligence · US$6,400
Our first-stage background screening charge is credited on clearance; if screening is unsuccessful, it is non-refundable under the agreed terms.
Staged payments
Following clearance, complete the initial 25% of the total; the remaining 75% follows the relevant approval letter, subject to the signed agreement.
Documents and third parties
Translation, notarisation, medical reports, property valuations, certification and courier costs are itemised when applicable.
Cosmo's service commitment
The scope of assistance, service charges and payment schedule are detailed in your written engagement.
An organised payment journey
Plan your family application
Discuss eligibility, household composition and goals.
Stage one · US$6,400
Submit screening documents and pay the due diligence charge.
Stage two · Complete 25%
After screening clearance, complete the initial 25%, accounting for the US$6,400 already paid.
Approval · Remaining 75%
Settle the balance when the approval letter is issued, in line with your agreement.
Permanent residence: a separate quotation
Cosmo’s 2026 permanent-residence checklist requests evidence of investments exceeding US$400,000. That is a documentary eligibility requirement, not a government application fee or a DSP citizenship contribution. We review the appropriate programme and costs separately.
Our pricing, clearly explained
01Is the US$6,400 screening fee charged on top of the package price?
No. After successful clearance, the US$6,400 already paid is credited toward the agreed total rather than charged again.
02Can I recover the screening fee if I do not pass?
Cosmo's current process document states that the US$6,400 screening charge is non-refundable if clearance fails; the signed engagement governs your case.
03How do the 25% and 75% instalments work?
After clearance, complete the first 25% of the agreed total, taking the US$6,400 already paid into account; the remaining 75% is due after the relevant approval letter.
04Are translation and notary costs included?
Any required third-party costs, including translation, notarisation, medical reports, certification and delivery, are identified in your written quote.
05Is the US$400,000 residence investment requirement an application fee?
No. It is documentary proof for a separate residence scheme, not Cosmo's DSP citizenship fee.
06Is biometric enrolment in person required?
Current passport procedures involve attendance in person for biometric enrolment. Confirm each family member’s requirements, location and appointment before travelling.
07Will overseas fingerprint enrolment cost extra?
Possibly. Enrolment in Vanuatu that is included in an agreed package normally has no overseas service fee; overseas or special-location arrangements may have additional per-person charges, confirmed in writing.
